By creating an account with Thinking Body, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions governing your use of the platform.

HIPAA Notice: Thinking Body takes your privacy seriously. Any health information you provide during the triage process is handled in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to coordinate your care with providers in our Dr. Network.

Terms of Service: Thinking Body is a wellness triage and referral platform. It does not provide medical diagnoses, prescriptions, or treatment. Mark and Sal are health advocates — not licensed physicians. All medical decisions remain between you and your treating provider. Thinking Body is not a substitute for emergency medical care.

Billing: Your first 90 days are free if a valid employer promo code is applied. After any applicable trial period, your account will be billed $5.00/month. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard settings. Triage deep-dive sessions with Mark or Sal are billed separately at the time of scheduling.

Privacy Policy: We collect only the information necessary to facilitate your triage and referral process. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
